This policy explains what information Brother Thomas Tattoos ("I", "me") collects through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@brotherthomastattoos.com.

What I collect

Booking requests. When you fill out the booking form, I collect your name, email, phone number (optional), the style, budget, date, placement and idea you describe, and any reference photos you upload. Photos may show your skin or body. Please don't upload nude or medical photos.

Website data. Like most websites, this site and its host, Squarespace, automatically collect basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies.

Meta Pixel. This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies to tell Meta when you visit this site and when a booking request is submitted, so I can measure my ads and show them to people who might be interested. The Pixel does not send the contents of your booking form (your idea, placement, budget or photos) to Meta. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

How I use it

  • To reply to your booking request, plan your tattoo, and schedule and confirm your appointment

  • To keep the records Texas tattoo studios are required to keep

  • To understand how the site and my ads perform

  • To send you news or offers, only if you've asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe anytime.

I do not sell your booking information or photos, and I won't use your tattoo photos publicly without your permission.

Who I share it with

Only the services that help run this site and my business: Squarespace (website hosting and form storage), Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel, as described above), and my email provider. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

  • Ads: you can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.

  • Your information: email me to see, correct or delete the information you've sent me.

How long I keep it

I keep booking requests and reference photos only as long as I need them to work with you, plus whatever records Texas law requires me to keep (at least 2 years for clients I tattoo). I delete reference photos I no longer need.

Security

I use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or email is 100% secure.

Age

This site is for adults. I don't tattoo anyone under 18 and don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
